Our White-Glove Licensing Process

1. Eligibility Screening, Before You Pay Anything

We map where you are licensed, how long you have practiced, which NBCE parts you passed and when, and where you want to practice. Then we sort every target state into a route: license by endorsement, or the full application. We check what stalls chiropractic files before you spend a non-refundable fee: years of practice measured the way that state counts them, a missing Part IV or physiotherapy exam, an older degree that triggers the SPEC, and anything on your CIN-BAD report.

2. Applications, Exams and Verifications

We file and drive everything that has to arrive alongside the application: transcripts from your chiropractic college, your NBCE score transcript, verifications from every board you have been licensed by, the CIN-BAD report, fingerprints and notarized affidavits. Where a state wants its jurisprudence exam or the SPEC, we register you and plan around it. All of it runs in parallel, not one step at a time.

3. Renewals, CE and Add-Ons

Every license renews on its own date with its own continuing-education rules. We keep one calendar for all of them and log CE against each state's requirements. When a state requires a separate registration for dry needling, acupuncture or your chiropractic assistants, we file that too, once the training is done.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who do you serve?

Chiropractors getting licensed in a new state or for the first time, and the clinics that employ them, including registrations for chiropractic assistants where a state requires them. Physical therapists are served by our sister team at whiteglovedpt.com.

Is there a chiropractic licensure compact?

No. As of October 2026 there is no interstate compact for chiropractors, so every state where you treat patients issues its own license. How chiropractors license in another state.

What is the FCLB Passport?

A verified record of a chiropractor's qualifications and discipline history from the Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Boards, introduced in 2017. Some boards use it when they issue temporary or travel-to-treat permits. It is not a license and does not let you practice anywhere by itself.

Can I get licensed by endorsement instead of retaking the boards?

In many states, yes, if you meet their conditions: usually a set number of years in practice, a clean disciplinary record, the NBCE parts they require and their jurisprudence exam. Texas asks for 3 years of practice immediately before you apply, California 5, and Florida 2 of the last 4. State by state.

Will I have to take the SPEC?

Only in some states and situations. The SPEC is an NBCE exam some boards use for endorsement, reinstatement or an older degree: New York uses it in one endorsement route, and Florida may require it when the degree is more than 10 years old. We check before you file.

Do you handle insurance credentialing and Medicare?

No. A license and payer enrollment are separate processes. Our sister team at whiteglovecredentialing.com enrolls chiropractors with Medicare and commercial payers once the license is issued.

Can you register my chiropractic assistants?

Yes, in the states that license, register or certify them. We file their paperwork alongside your own license for $99 per assistant.

Do you only handle one state, or every state I hold?

Either. Most chiropractors come to us for one state and stay for renewals, because every license has its own renewal date and CE rules, and one calendar for all of them is easier than several.

Who We Are

White Glove Chiropractic takes the paperwork out of licensing for chiropractors. We run it end to end: transcripts from your chiropractic college, your NBCE scores sent to the new board, verification of every license you have held, the CIN-BAD report, and the state law exam where one is required.

There is no chiropractic licensure compact, and no state lets a license simply transfer. Each board sets its own route: some license experienced chiropractors by endorsement after a set number of years in practice, some add the SPEC, and new laws such as Florida's MOBILE Act keep changing who qualifies. We work out which route each state offers you before you pay a fee.

From intake to issued license, we carry the board correspondence and keep every renewal and continuing-education deadline on one calendar, so nothing lapses underneath your practice.

Built for clinicians who value speed

Why We Built This

Licensing delays have real costs — a start date missed, a caseload that cannot open, a payer contract that stalls behind a credential.

0

interstate compacts for chiropractors

Physicians, nurses, psychologists, physical therapists and counselors have licensure compacts. Chiropractors do not, so every state where you treat patients needs its own license.

70,000

practicing chiropractors in the US

About 2,800 new chiropractors graduate each year, according to the American Chiropractic Association, and each one picks a state, takes its law exam and applies for a first license.

3–5

years of practice Texas and California require for endorsement

Texas wants 3 years of practice immediately before you apply; California, 5; Florida, 2 of the last 4. We check how each state counts your years before you pay its fee.

"Licensing in a new state looks simple from the outside: send the license, start adjusting. In practice it is a chain of dependencies: an NBCE transcript the board has to receive directly, a Part IV or physiotherapy exam the new state wants, years of practice counted its way, a CIN-BAD report, a state law exam. Any one of them can cost a chiropractor a season of patients. We built White Glove Chiropractic to hold that whole chain so chiropractors do not have to."
